To support our mission, we are seeking a dynamic Accounting Manager to serve as a cornerstone within our Finance team. You will play a crucial role in working with financial data, ensuring its accuracy, and contributing to the overall success of our project. • Produce monthly financial reports
• Process incoming and outgoing payments
• Manage day-to-day bookkeeping
• Administer financial documents
• Support the budgeting process
• Maintain and optimize finance and accounting processes
• Ensure compliance with accounting policies and regulatory requirements
• Be a daily point of contact for employees and the tax accountant
• Oversight of tax payments

• Accounting skills
• Proficiency in Xero, Quickbooks or similar system knowledge
• Proficiency in Excel   
• Fluency in English
• Exceptional task management and organizational skills
• Strong numerical and analytical skills
• Self-starter who is proactive, result oriented and collaborative 

Extra credit: 

• Passion and/or experience in web3/crypto
• IFRS or some other GAAP knowledge
